You can cancel your Cart Nexa order within 24 hours of placing it, completely free of charge. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled and must be treated as a return.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return via Cart Nexa, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Once we receive your item, our quality assurance team will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, Cart Nexa will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, and personal care items, are exempt from being returned.
